Refund & Cancellation

Paid Octobo plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are shown before you confirm and include applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

• Full refund if you ask within 7 days of a first purchase and have not used the paid features.
• Full refund for a duplicate charge or a payment taken in error.
• Pro-rated refunds are considered where the service was unavailable for an extended period through our fault.
• Renewals that have already been used for part of the period are not usually refundable.

Email octobo@nevika.ai from your account email with the order reference. We respond within 3 working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
