You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate sign-up details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Recordings, transcripts and memories belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the app can work for you. We claim no other rights.

You are responsible for complying with the recording and privacy laws that apply where you are, and for obtaining consent from other people before capturing them. Do not use Octobo to record covertly where that is unlawful.

• Do not use Octobo for harassment, surveillance of others, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s data or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

Summaries, action items and answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Check anything important against the original recording.

We work to keep Octobo running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.

You can stop using Octobo and delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where practical.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
